    Apprenticeship Description

    We are seeking a keen, motivated individual to join our team as an apprentice builder. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the construction industry and gain hands-on experience across multiple disciplines.

    Our projects are primarily based in domestic properties throughout the West Midlands, giving you exposure to a wide range of residential building works and renovation projects.

    As an apprentices builder, you will:

    • Assist experienced tradespeople across various areas of construction
    • Gain practical experience in multiple disciplines within the building industry
    • Support domestic renovation and improvement projects
    • Prepare and maintain tools, equipment and work areas
    • Follow Health & Safety procedures
    • Learn to interpret basic drawing and instructions
    • Develop practical skills through on the job training

    The role is ideal for someone who is hardworking, enthusiastic, and looking to build a long term career in the construction industry.
